1. Scope
These Terms of Service govern all business-to-business (B2B) transactions made through kinzocards.eu, a webshop operated by Tuxen Invest ApS. By creating an account and submitting an order/request, you agree to these Terms.
These Terms apply exclusively to companies. Private consumers are not eligible to purchase via this website.
2. Registration & Account
To access and request orders from kinzocards.eu, you must create a business account. You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate, complete, and up to date.
Upon registration, we will review your company details and reserve the right to either approve or reject your application. We may decline any business registration at our sole discretion.
A valid VAT ID is required to become a customer.
3. Products and Pricing (Important)
All prices are listed in EUR (or DKK where specified) and are exclusive of VAT.
Danish customers – please refer to section 14.
Prices, product availability, and descriptions are subject to change without notice. Pricing errors are not binding for Tuxen Invest ApS.
4. Order Requests & Acceptance
The webshop is intended to display our product catalog and provide customers with a clearer overview and a convenient way to request orders.
Order submissions through the webshop are non-binding requests and do not constitute a confirmed agreement for either party.
Prices, availability, and quantities are indicative only. A binding agreement is only established when Tuxen Invest ApS confirms the order by sending an invoice or by delivering the products.
We reserve the right to suspend or close accounts if repeated order requests are placed and then ignored or unpaid after confirmation.
After placing a request, a non-binding confirmation email with an overview of your order will be sent. Please do not take further action until we contact you to confirm pricing, quantities, and send an invoice.
Tuxen Invest ApS may cancel or reject any order request at its sole discretion, including in cases of pricing errors or suspected fraud.
5. Payment Terms
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due in advance or upon invoice as selected during checkout.
Late payments may incur interest in accordance with the Danish Interest Act (Renteloven) and a reminder fee of €15 per notice.
Ownership of goods remains with Tuxen Invest ApS until payment is received in full.
6. Shipping and Delivery
Estimated delivery time is 2–14 days, depending on the shipping method and destination. If you require delivery by a specific date, please contact us before making payment.
Delivery times are estimates only and are not binding. Risk transfers to the customer once the goods are handed over to the carrier.
At checkout before payment, you will be able to choose a shipping method. Please note that the shipping price is only an estimate. The final price depends on your location and adress.
The customer is responsible for all import duties, taxes, and customs procedures applicable in their country.
7. Returns and Complaints
As these are B2B transactions, no right of withdrawal applies.
Complaints regarding damaged, missing, or incorrect items must be submitted in writing within 3 business days of receiving the goods.
If the complaint is accepted, Tuxen Invest ApS may, at its discretion, offer a replacement, credit note, or refund.
8. Limitation of Liability
Tuxen Invest ApS is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses, including but not limited to loss of profit, revenue, or data.
Our total liability is limited to the value of the specific order in question.
9. Force Majeure
Tuxen Invest ApS is not liable for any delay or failure to fulfill obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to war, natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, or supplier disruptions.
10. Confidentiality
Any non-public information exchanged between the parties shall be treated as confidential and may not be disclosed to third parties without prior written consent.
11. Modifications
Tuxen Invest ApS reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. The current version is always available on https://www.kinzocards.eu and becomes effective immediately upon publication.
14. Danish Customers
Alle priser vises som udgangspunkt i EUR netto (uden moms). Danske kunder afgiver deres ordre i EUR netto, men vil efterfølgende modtage en faktura i danske kroner (DKK) med tillæg af 25% moms, jf. dansk lovgivning.
